The Real-e-Live People Case Study program is a process where we select a limited number of companies in a wide range of vertical markets and geographic areas, and work with them intensively to identify best practices, quantify the effects of different techniques, and gather data on success indicators. This benefits us by providing current data and product feedback, and benefits you by providing the best live chat and sales training available, along with plenty of real sales leads for you to work with.
The Case Study program is available to current ReLP customers and non-ReLP customers. Non-customers selected for the Case Study will receive a single seat 60 day ReLP account with no setup fee or monthly fees during this period. There is no obligation to continue after the 60 days, and you can cancel at any time if you wish. In most cases, the results from participating in the Case Study program are strong enough that participants continue with the paid ReLP service after the program has concluded.
Participating in the Case Study requires your company to stay in contact with us, and to follow the techniques and advice given to you by your Case Study coordinator. You’ll need to provide accurate statistics on your sales and website traffic on a weekly basis, and ensure that a ReLP agent is online throughout the work day. If your company is unable to do these things, your place in the Case Study program may be given to another company in your sector.
